On January 12th, the 4th Re-election Meeting of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Spraying Equipment and the 6th Re-election Meeting of the Positive Displacement Pump Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Pumps were held simultaneously in Chongqing. As the organizer of these two major national events, Forplus, with its deep industry experience and strong logistical support, successfully completed the organization of the meetings, demonstrating the core participation of Chongqing-based enterprises in the field of high-end equipment standardization.
This conference brought together over 160 experts from research institutes, scholars from universities, and representatives from leading industry enterprises across the country. Officials from the National Standardization Management Committee and the China Machinery Industry Federation attended to provide guidance and present certificates to the new committee members. As a high-tech enterprise deeply involved in the fields of ultra-high pressure water jet and high-end pump equipment, Forplus is not only the organizer of the conference but also an active contributor to industry standards.

The successful convening of the conference stems from the deep alignment between Forplus and Chongqing’s industrial ecosystem. As a major national advanced manufacturing base, Chongqing has developed complex application scenarios in areas such as rail transit, energy equipment, and new energy, providing fertile ground for standard setting. Leveraging its local industrial advantages, Forplus has created a series of scenario-based solutions for rail transit repair, green recycling of wind turbine blades, and oil and gas emergency rescue. Its precision cutting technology for wind turbine blades utilizes a fusion of six-axis industrial robots and machine vision to efficiently solve the problem of decommissioned blade disposal. In the field of oil and gas pipeline emergency response, the company’s equipment has participated in cross-regional joint government-enterprise emergency drills, contributing to the construction of a safety and prevention system. These engineering practices allow standard setting to break free from the constraints of single parameters, making it more forward-looking and operable.

“Standards originate from practice and, more importantly, should serve practice.” In his opening remarks at the conference, the General Manager of Forplus stated that the company has always adhered to the deep integration of intelligent technology, engineering scenarios, and standards and specifications. Hosting the dual standards committee reshuffle meeting is a recognition of the company’s technological strength and standardization experience by the industry. In the future, the company will leverage Chongqing as a base to continuously deepen its industry-university-research cooperation with universities such as Chongqing University and Southwest Petroleum University, promoting the standard iteration of ultra-high pressure water jets and high-end intelligent equipment. This will contribute to the standardization of the entire chain from “power source” to “execution equipment,” injecting Chongqing’s strength into the high-quality development of the industry.

The successful convening of this conference not only improved the standardization organizational structure in the field of high-end equipment, but also established a scenario-based and systematic direction for standard development. Forplus will take this opportunity to further leverage its dual advantages as a “standard setter + scenario practitioner” to promote more domestically produced equipment technical standards to the international stage, and help Chongqing accelerate its transformation from a manufacturing base to a high ground for standards co-construction.
